Credit Sources

AnnualCreditReport.com

The site offers a free credit report for all. In fact, Annual Credit Report is a federally mandated event. Everyone in the US is supposed to have access to a free credit report once a year. That free report offers some insight into credit repair. It is a great resource, and one that cannot be beat. But, without credit repair you cannot accurately get the service you need to get the job done.

MyFICO.com

The FICO score is a number set from 300-850 generated off of three credit report sites Experian,Equifax, TransUnion and more. The site allows you the options to see your credit score but it’s a subscription. FICO scores allow you to see that your services are taken care of but again you have to repair it.

Fair Credit Reporting Act

As credit scores became more and more important to the everyday person’s life, it became apparent that some laws governing the credit bureaus were needed. The Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) is the law that governs the credit bureaus and protects consumers.

Equifax, TransUnion and Experian
